Brian, if you're asking me, nearly all 3".   Really we don't run any 4" laterals, but I do at times drop a few hundred feet of it for a sub-main to catch a handful of  acres that don't justify 6".   But we are working tons of stuff like this one last month, 100-500' runs where .1% grade is far less common than 2-4% grade.  There's no way you can load 3" to capacity in those conditions, let alone 4"- but, with the very low perc rates of subsoils here, you can definitely unload water faster with more 3" closer together.
