I used to worry about that but a couple years ago I did it and into colder soils than that, was the best corn I've ever grown by far. Many people including a couple professional agronomists told me I'd have to replant before that corn even emerged. Granted that was full tillage. Friend notilled some in the same day and he wasn't happy.
