scmn | Should be pretty simple. All the data in the auction listing is stored in their database. It should not be real difficult to write a query that checks SNs against their database and reports units where year dies not match, hrs are less on later sale, etc and they could review report for auction before listing. Heck, it could be checked automatically as entered and throw a flag. You don't honestly believe they purge all that data do you? No, they keep it and use it to predict value to get sellers interested in listing with them. I.e. that model is up on avg 7.3% in the last 12m...etc. | |
