Put new tires on pickup still 62.3 mi to home and 60mph on speed sign at 60 on dash. New tires on semi and 88.9 mi to soybean plant. New tires on tractor and goes same speed checked with GPS If RC changed, distances would be less on new tire and speed would be faster, but they are not when using same tires because RC is constant. Speedometer did change when I switched brands to tires with 4 more rev/mi but that was due to RC change gy to fs.

This SAE study found tread depth had little to no impact on rooling radius rather
https://www.sae.org/publications/technical-papers/content/2020-01-50...
It was found that the rolling radius is not as sensitive to tread depth as it is to tire brand and model or even inflation pressure. Therefore, matching tread depths is not the most relevant criteria when replacing a single tire or tires in pairs. It is more important to match tire brand and model and maintain proper inflation pressure to ensure equal rolling radii across all tires.
