Had a bad bought of fusarium last year, was wondering if anyone here had ideas or tips of how to help stop or slow fusarium?
Fusarium, as in head scab and high DON numbers in wheat? Short of preventative fungicide applications, the only thing i know of is cultural.
Plant a variety with some resistance, never follow wheat or corn with wheat, deep inversion tillage and absolutely bury all the residue way down might help. |
