97' 42,750 miles, the ole farmer only put 1,600 miles on it from 2015 to 2023. Interior is like brand new. 7.3 turbo . I'm not a ford or a diesel nut. But the 7.3 I heard can run a long time if serviced. I got this one out of an old cement floor machine shed. No intentions of buying it. But I was blown away buy the condition it was in. The only thing I did to it was put 285/70/17 and took the 245's off . It starts hard even when it's 40 degrees out. Not sure why changed all fluids and filters .

How old is the battery?

IIRC, (from what I have read here) the engine needs to spin over fast enough to have high enough oil pressure to fire the injectors.
