Those HUEI fuel systems take a LONG time to purge the air out once they get some in. Fill the filter bowl make sure the tank has over 1/4 in it. Make sure it's got oil, fresh batteries and a charger. Do NOT use ether if the glowplugs are working. Once she starts and runs, go drive the dog snot out of it for 20 miles or so to get the air out of it.
