Subject: RE: Planting Pickles

Central Wisconsin

You can not use a kinze meter unit. Should be a vacuum. They are joking with you about vinegar.  By rights they are cucumber till the are pickled then they become pickles. I have grow many thousand acres. I call them pickles also.  In the old days they would plant them with plate planter then go thin them with a hoe. Labor and seed is to expensive to do that now days.  Have no idea how many acres you want you plant.  But if you can find a JD or Precision set that is set up for sugar beets that works pretty good. Or Monosem planter are the best.
