| I've never seen anything like it.We had a steady rain that morning an a huge snow pack that winter.Our shelter belt was full off snow to the top off the trees.zGround frozen underneath.Had a dam on out farm down below us that was completely dry an had been for several years.zIn three hours that dam was completely full an just about over the spillway.Out house was several feet above danger so I thought.It came within one ft off coming in the house.I had left earlier so wasn't effected.This all happened with in a few hours that morning.What was so gratifying was all the hay that was brought in from other states an fencing material that was destroyed.The generosity was amazing.Every day truck after truck with loads off hay .It's been awhile back but thanks again will never forget it.
