East of Broken Bow
My brother in law lives near West Point, seems like between there and Fremont they had the most flooding or maybe the most noticeable flood damage.
One thing that struck me as ironic was the sand that washed onto fields from the river. They could not push it back too close to the river, for fear some of the sand might wind up in the river, and 'contaminate' it (this is the same river the sand came from). Instead, they either had to pile it up a 'safe' distance from the river, or haul it out in trucks to an acceptable location.

Where I am, locally, things were pretty much back to normal in a year or two with the exception of some washes that needed a little fixing up.
