When I was there on the Canadian side just a couple years ago,,no fence,,if you are dumb enough to jump in while in Canada ,have at it.Right there at the moment of the water dropping just feet away is very awe inspiring.Parking was crazy costly ,was there just 15 minutes and I seem to think 25 $.
