ive changed a lot of cables. every time I see hoist and cable next to the chute instead of next to the outside ladder it reminds me what a pain it is when the edge roller doesn't turn so now its gotta be scaffolded . nice silo ,maybe 1800 ton storage but the bottom 40 ft is gonna be tough on equipment, nice video, he seems pretty down to earth
