Boone Co. Iowa
Malaysian palm oil going up, soybean oil going up (not today, though)

Hold on to any soybeans you got, they are going higher!

We get an acreage report next week? Be interesting to see if they can throw a wet blanket on the soybean market, or if they can light a fire under it.....

Anyway, looking at the Dec. Corn and Nov Soybean chart, it looks to me like they have room to go a lot higher. I think we get a chance this summer to sell beans on November board at $13. Corn, lots of gaps starting around $5 and ending just over $5.50. I think we will be lucky to get $5.25 depending on acres report. Corn carryout (and maybe acreage?) is going to be an anchor on corn market....

My thoughts. If you followed my 2023 corn marketing plan you'd be disappointed. Same with my 2023 beans, you'd be disappointed.
