This is going to be my approach, I think I'm just going to hold on to their letter and request for now and let things play out. They don't have a due date or anything on it anyway. As for the cost I don't know yet, still waiting for a bill and/or EOB. That is why their letter/request seems a bit premature to me. I will keep you posted as it develops.
