N. Illinois | If you don’t mind sharing what is the cost from Mitchell to Omaha? A family member of mine was flown Medflight 75ish miles. Cost $80K. We received bills from air methods. I can’t recall if we signed anything through them. I don’t have any documents for that and I kept everything. My situation is a lot different than yours though. It was a car accident with the other party at fault. My advice is talk with your health insurance first. We paid $0 due to insurance. I do remember air methods is pretty dang aggressive. They want their money fast so they send bills frequently. I was patient and let insurance deal with them
