Mine was 115 resting rate ,doc said how much coffee today
I said my normal pot
115 is very high. I like to try to sometimes count one minute right after I wake up and before I get out of bed. I'm usually 60 bpm, give or take about 5. I have a heart rate monitor that measured as high as 198 on a bike ride last week, 160-165 is usually barely sustainable for an hour. |
