Do you have a pulse oximeter at home? If not buy one. Check it at home. Mine use to be a bit high at doctors office and at home it more normal. At home if I drink coffee it’s decaf. When at coffee shop it’s what’s ever in the pot that comes around. Drink maybe 4-6 cups in morning. Hardly ever any after lunch.
