I think the benefits of coffee outweigh the negatives.No sugar ,no cream,black like its supposed to be.Recent studies show it is very beneficial in preventing dementia,less heart attcak risk,better sugar processed,and on and on ...negatives Im not sure of,,I m not stopping.
