Central Ontario | If I think I will need to shut off a bag before it is empty I try and use a bag that has the double draw string arrangement that allows throttling the flow. Then it isn't to hard to squeeze it off and put a spring loaded wood working gluing clamp on it. Similar to the large one in this picture.
