In Illinois there is a program where you can kill I think 3 if you can show they are a problem. I think you have to go through Farm Bureau to get the permit.
Deer predation permits don't seem to do a whole lot of good, shoot 10 and 50 of their relatives show up for the funeral. Maybe the black buzzard program will work better.
