IF the fireworks and random shots do not work on he buzzards, they will get folks accustomed to the noise if one resorts to SSS.
IF the trees were mine I would cut them down and hope the buzzards move on.
Kind of like when we clear timber or farm grasslands. Get rid of the habitat and the deer ( and hunters) move elsewhere.
