Subject: RE: Big Corn Acre Numbers

That's counting on no prevent plant of any nature, which with the soil moisture maps, we might not have any. Second, it's also counting on every acre being planted even though the economics have flipped. We have at least sixty acres in our township that is available to rent for free this year, so far there are no takers. There is at least thirty acres in the township north of me in the same boat. Small fields that have some kind of issue that nobody wants to deal with. That stuff might get planted but everybody has turned it down so far. If cash corn hovers around 4 dollars there will stuff like that in the eastern cornbelt.
