WC MN | Allendale has a survey out and they have 93.5 million acres of corn for 24'. Farm Futures survey had something like 92.7 I think. If we get these numbers we might have an issue more than we already do. The only question might be does USDA throw us a bone with a smaller number in March and then give us a more accurate one in June giving us an opportunity to market some profits. Either way it looks like a 2.5 billion bushel carryout might be a low number if the big acres get planted. With the way spring looks right now we should have the opportunity to plant the corn acres if we want to. | |
