Southeast Nebraska | Yeah I believe it used to be the Cargill KATY elevator and it was old, most of the assets they have purchased recently while large capacity space wise are old, those places tend to be high maintenance expense and high labor, they are typically not fast, often don’t keep grain the best. As another poster mentioned it probably came down to expenses to operate and obviously larger space houses storing grain have higher capital demands which is rough in elevated interest rate environments…
