Southeast Nebraska | I am highly familiar with the Lincoln location, it’s the largest elevator in the local market, in terms of space. They can access the BN, KCS and UP but don’t have the trackage for shuttles w/o a railroad switch. Most of these facilities are older, physically, a couple they added in the last few years. Staffing is always an issue especially in rural areas so may play into it as you suggested. Just wasn’t what I was hoping to come across on the internet.
