Wife's cousin has leased out his land to hunters for years on his own. In WI you do incur more liability then if you just allow someone on to recreate on your property with no fee for free, see they have a $1 million liability policy with it, may want to check with your insurance agent on it also, 1 mil is not what it used to be.
