NW MN | My mistake. I was surprised someone got meeting together fast enough to discuss the forest land but it was my misunderstanding your post is regarding the tribes pushing their authority both on reservation and with the 5 mile zone of influence outside the border that the tribe newly declared. And the state agencies staying basically silent on it all it seems.
