So......funny you mention that lol. For several years in a row I have been 'randomly' inspected. First time he asked for my tribal applicator card, I told him i didn't know there was any such thing? His response? What's your address, I'll send you one........ otherwise yes, we farm it just like any other land, probably 40 Yeats we have farmed tribal land
