I'm quite sure its in the fine print here they have the right to know/ask anything and you shd be able to provide it.
BUT they absolutely don't have the manpower or "manwilling" to enforce it.
They struggle to get leases issued and you can't pay them without a lease in place.
If you're on a rez where they're asking those kind of questions be thankful they have enuff people to do that and a few things more.
Here we can't get a phone answered or a call returned and the doors are locked.
Good land. Great people but no bodies to get things done.
