| Sounds like what I deal with at Linde (praxair). I opened a charge account so I wouldn’t get charged some of their hazmat fees etc. Well we always pay our statement balances on time. It never fails I’ll go in there in a hurry and the account will be froze. I try to just lay with a card and leave but they’ve got to call and thaw the account before I can even do that. Later on I’ll find out something stupid like I have a $74 credit and a late balance of $37 but because I didn’t call and tell them to apply the credit I’m delinquent. Drives me crazy. I finally told Linde and my employees that all charges will be on the credit card or I was taking my business elsewhere. It’s been working fine since. Some places just can’t get their acts together.
