.I was so pleased After the store manager fixed the over a yearlong productivity plus issue for me for several months,
NOW today, A NEW billing from a twice canceled and paid off in full PRODUCTIVITY PLUS I received shows up with 18 cents current due on a ZERO PAST DUE balance.....
WHAT GIVES?
It's like a tooth ache that won't go away.
My store manager friend will once again step up to bat for me. But I'm pretty sure he is tired of this credit company silliness from Productivity Plus too.
