| I haven't used my account since Dec '22 when I retired. I still get monthly statements, they gone from a few cents owed to now shows I have a $50 credit. Nothing purchased nothing returned. Son quit using his account, uses a debit card that sends his charges to his LOC.
I was talking to a friend this am at the coffee shop. He has had lots of problems with his account along with the postal service. Last month he said he called his payment in to be deducted from his bank account. He noticed it was never deducted from his bank account. Got his new bill & the charge was still there plus interest. When he called them they said someone had transposed a couple digits of his bank account. But they refused to remove the finance charge. | |
