EC Nebraska | Maybe I didn't explain it very well. The PLC reference price is 4.01. I ran my numbers then on the KSTATE website for my county in Nebraska. At a marketing year average price of 3.40 the projected PLC and ARC County payout was the same. If the yearly marketing price averages above 3.40 ARC pays more and as you go up on projected price towards 4 ARC pays out quite abit more. Now, if the yearly average price falls below 3.40 then PLC pays more, but ARC payments are still pretty nice although less than PLC, so it comes down to how low you think the yearly prices will fall to.
