| I agree with building an unloading pad to park your tractor and grinder mixer to make your unloading height higher when you unloading into your bin. Besides getting a grinder mixer with a high folding auger that would be better than adding more equipment to keep up and repair.
A 100 to 120 tons a year will be about two loads a week with a 2000 pound capacity grinder mixer so I would look for a pretty nice mixer.
