Your best options to slow it down without changing much would be to find a divorced transfer case and put it behind your trans or put a 2nd trans behind your trans, my uncle did it on his old chevy, but IDK how he did it.
Otherwise you have to put lower gears in the rearend, assuming its a 14 bolt that has quite a few options but will limit your top speed if that matters.
