For the money I'd find a divorced transfer case (NP203 or NP205) and some custom driveshafts. With a 1.96:1 reduction when in 4-lo you're going to get much lower speeds than just regearing the rear-end could net you.

Past that I would look at the highest ratio gears you could find for the rear end; you can probably find a 5.38:1 assuming that's a 14 bolt 10.5" rear-end.
