whitesville new york
We've been breeding everything Angus here. Probably 20% of my calves are marked as dairy. Wed take a beating as calves, but sell similar to blacks as fats. Been raising everything here as part of a dairy exit strategy. Not sure I want to buy high dollar calves or feeders which has slowed my exit from dairy. I don't feel milk price is horrible, but my co-op has been dealing with some miss management that is getting better.
