SEQ, Australia
If its an AFS Connect Magnum with the GFX/NAV-900 install, it shouldn't have any other external IMU's attached. In the vehicle setup / External IMU's menus there is an option to select NavII/III or IMD-900 but you should have "None" selected. The AFS Connect machines also need a special unlock passcode from CNH to enable 3rd Party Guidance operation, and then you have to use the AutoSteer switch and ISO switch in the roof on the RHS to toggle the Autosteer mode on the Pro1200 so that it shows up as a Green Octagon in the top LH corner of the Pro 1200 Display.

Presuming you have all of this working correctly, the Roll Cal is done the same as all other Trimble displays - drive a line up, stop when lightbar reads "0cm" off line, mark the tyres/drawbar and then come back down the same line from the opposite direction, stop at the same spot on 0.00cm offline again and measure how far you are offline as a total value, and whether you are to the left or the right side of the original pass. Enter that whole number and the direction in the Roll cal window and repeat to check. You shouldn't have to do it more than twice to be bang on.

Suspended cabs and the inertia of rolling to a stop in soft soil can sometimes alter the value on the lightbar at the last second, but it will not alter what the number needs to be.

Beyond that, there could be an issue with the NAV-900. I have had one full of water that couldn't return to the same A-B line twice in a row, but would be out by up to a foot so it was easier to diagnose.
