Pretty well lines up with your 0-100cm moisture map no? We're extremely dry here for February and subsoil is still severely lacking. Going on 19 months of drought here. Doesn't mean we can't raise a record crop. It's February. But like last year demonstrated being dry in February can also lead to a disaster.
