Minnesota | I tried the tile. Had 20 year old tile that finally hardened up around it so it wasn’t as effective. Last summer I did more and brought it up to shop gutters to grab run off. Pea rock the trenches but I graded the top 3 inches and capped it off again and isnt working. Hate the crushed asphalt that dad put in the yard. Oil muddy rock hard uneven mess. Lots of grade is this years plan but pretty sick of fixing it annually. Probably a $30k project to do it right. | |
