| Have no idea who the guy is but the statements are basically accurate. In much of the country beef cows were part of a diversified operation, something that is going the way of the Dodo bird just as farmer-feeders have done and hogs. Too much labor for many compared to working six or seven months a year. Big cow sale in Ogallaha yesterday with a number of dispersions and some selling the most productive ages, all a sign that despite record prices, cows don't pay the inflated bills.
