Roughly $ 90. - $1.00 # at my locker I've been using. $1..00 if you use the cryovac. Sort of looking around for a different locker right now. I sell between 15-20 head / year and most come from 3-4 hours away. my sales are 99% by word of mouth. If they have friends over and they taste what they get from me compared to their local stores they are happy to buy a freezer and spend the extra money. I've been getting roughly $3.25-$3.50/ lb plus processing this winter.

If someone wants a 1/4 they only do a split 1/2 which the cut sheet makes it a little difficult as one gets more t-bones and porterhouse than the other but no complaints yet.
