Bow Island, Alberta | I have been using a Toshiba 4TB external hard drive, operated by NTI Backup Now EZ software, which came with the drive. After several years, I now get a message that the drive is too full to do a backup. I think I have it set up to only save new documents but I'm not sure it should be full by now.
Is there a safe way to delete some data from the hard drive and continue using it?
Is it best to buy a new hard drive?
Would other software work better?
Is cloud storage the best option at this stage?
