We had a jail break a little over a year ago.  Snow covered ground and bright moonlight.  My border collie was only about 8 months old at the time.  She found herself locked in the shop for a couple hours.  I was tempted to let her help but I was worried she'd chase without a goal in mind.  I need a dog like your neighbor's.  That would make a roundup almost fun.
