However if we have to have it for health security reasons, then I think all Fish & Game should have to tag all wildlife and migratory birds. They fly across the border to Mexico and Canada. The birds are bringing Avian Flu to devastate our poultry industry. They damn well should have to tag their birds to fly across my ranch. I say shoot them all down if they don't have a tag.
It's all about control, same as cow farts. I really think we need Walmart and Costco to install fart meters at the checkout counters.
