Best solution is to just bite the bullet and bury a tank in the ground. Find at least an 8-10,000 gallon tank so you can handle a semi-load. Not likely that you or whoever is bringing you the product is going to want to mess with a small poly tank. There are individuals that make pumps specifically for this setup... i've had mine for 15 years with very little issue. Probably a $5000 investment back then. Probably can be done for $10,000 or less now if you find a cheap old fuel tank used. You will end up with a mess in your cornstalks otherwise and if you're feeding cows you could easily be at 10-30 lbs/day in their ration. No clue on your numbers, but 1000 gallons just isn't very economical for the efficiently moving the ethanol syrup when you are handling such a large amount of water. Good luck either way!
