Those kind make good hamburger. Putting every cut in the ground beef is really good.
Ya, we had more of it ground than we normally would. We got the better cut steaks of course, only the best of the roasts. Had all of the round steaks ground. I just wasn't up for burying her and slaughtering a different one that's worth $2500-3000 at the sale barn. |
