Subject: Is there a way to change default year to 2023 for data entry in Excel?

Is there a way to change the default year to 2023, as to speed up data entry in Excel? As is if you type the short date of 12/10, it default adds the year 2024. I want it to be 23, that would save a lot of keystrokes not having to type /23 for each date entry.

Every thing I’m finding on the web says you have to reset your computer’s clock, and that can create problems....
