| It doesn't bother me anymore unless its windy. Gaining weight and being well over 200 lbs helps a lot. I remember when I was thinner i couldn't tolerate the cold near as well.
I heard a study once that involved doing autopsies on construction workers from Nordic countries and comparing the results to the general population. When someone spends time in the cold the body produces more so called metabolically active fat that generates heat and helps keep the body warm. It lead to the conclusion always being in a climate controlled environment leads to cold intolerance especially later in life.
