Got to love cattle and work. Otherwise go to the craps table be as much fun. Guys can hedge and use lrp which is all fine and dandy. Hardest part is keeping them alive. If you got livestock you got dead stock. One bad run in cattle to start because of death loss takes awhile to overcome. Cattle are great when everything works. But we all live on this earth and know how that usually goes. We can minimize risk with vaccines and husbandry. Pen of sour cattle can change tunes quick. Thank the lord I haven’t had to bad a luck over the last year. And sooner or later you deal with sour calves and that’s when boys become men.
